Legal basis for processing<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1873\" data-end=\"1918\">Data processing is based on:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"2244\">\n<li data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"2004\">\n<p data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"2004\"><strong data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"1951\">article 6 act 1 a) in GDPR<\/strong> \u2013 User consent (by sending the form),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2134\">\n<p data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2134\"><strong data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2036\">article 6 act 1 b) in GDPR<\/strong> \u2013 necessity to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2135\" data-end=\"2244\">\n<p data-start=\"2137\" data-end=\"2244\"><strong data-start=\"2137\" data-end=\"2166\">article 6 act 1 f) in GDPR<\/strong> \u2013 legitimate interest of the Administrator (e.g. defense against claims).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2246\" data-end=\"2249\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2251\" data-end=\"2286\">IV. Voluntary provision of data<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2426\">Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, but necessary for the Administrator to respond to the inquiry.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2431\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2433\" data-end=\"2501\">V. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2503\" data-end=\"2728\">Data provided via the contact form are processed by the Controller based in a third country (Sri Lanka), which <strong data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2727\">does not ensure a level of personal data protection equivalent to European Union regulations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2730\" data-end=\"2908\">Due to the fact that there is no decision of the European Commission stating the adequate level of protection of personal data for Sri Lanka, the data is transferred on the basis of:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2910\" data-end=\"3063\">\n<li data-start=\"2910\" data-end=\"3063\">\n<p data-start=\"2912\" data-end=\"3063\"><strong data-start=\"2912\" data-end=\"2942\">article 49 act 1 a) in GDPR <\/strong>, i.e. <strong data-start=\"2948\" data-end=\"2991\">the User&#8217;s voluntary, express consent <\/strong>to the transfer of data to a third country with full awareness of the risks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3065\" data-end=\"3156\">By sending an inquiry via the contact form, the User consents to this.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3158\" data-end=\"3161\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3163\" data-end=\"3186\">VI.
