Through the website, the User can send a contact inquiry regarding the offer or the conditions of travel organization. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1398\">\n<p data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1398\"><strong data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1367\">No tourist contracts or other binding contracts within the meaning of Polish law are concluded<\/strong> via the Website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1673\">\n<p data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1673\">Cinnamon Tours PVT Ltd <strong data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1497\">operates solely as a tour operator in Sri Lanka<\/strong>, in accordance with Sri Lankan law. TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE<\/h4>\n<ol data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2734\">\n<li data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2503\">\n<p data-start=\"2407\" data-end=\"2503\">The website allows you to familiarize yourself with the Service Provider&#8217;s tourist offer and contact us via the form.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2615\">\n<p data-start=\"2508\" data-end=\"2615\">The Website may only be used in accordance with the Regulations, the law and good manners.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2617\" data-end=\"2734\">\n<p data-start=\"2620\" data-end=\"2734\">It is prohibited to provide content that is illegal, advertising, or infringes the rights of third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"2736\" data-end=\"2739\">\n<h4 data-start=\"2741\" data-end=\"2779\">IV. SERVICES PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY<\/h4>\n<ol data-start=\"3330\" data-end=\"3752\">\n<li data-start=\"3330\" data-end=\"3505\">\n<p data-start=\"3333\" data-end=\"3355\">The service provider enables:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3359\" data-end=\"3505\">\n<li data-start=\"3359\" data-end=\"3406\">\n<p data-start=\"3361\" data-end=\"3406\">viewing information contained on the Website,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3410\" data-end=\"3505\">\n<p data-start=\"3412\" data-end=\"3505\">contact us using the forms &#8220;Book your stay. Sri Lanka&#8221; and &#8220;Book your stay&#8221;.  Maldives\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3507\" data-end=\"3623\">\n<p data-start=\"3510\" data-end=\"3623\">These services are provided <strong data-start=\"3534\" data-end=\"3550\">free of charge<\/strong>, and the contract for their provision is concluded for the duration of use of the Website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3625\" data-end=\"3752\">\n<p data-start=\"3628\" data-end=\"3752\">The Service Provider does not guarantee the availability of offers or their validity \u2013 the full offer is presented individually upon request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"3754\" data-end=\"3757\">\n<h4 data-start=\"3759\" data-end=\"3778\">VI. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION<\/h4>\n<ol data-start=\"4453\" data-end=\"4576\">\n<li data-start=\"4453\" data-end=\"4576\">\n<p data-start=\"4456\" data-end=\"4576\">Users&#8217; personal data are processed in accordance with applicable Sri Lankan law and the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"4578\" data-end=\"4581\">\n<h4 data-start=\"4583\" data-end=\"4613\">IX. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<ol data-start=\"4615\" data-end=\"5047\">\n<li data-start=\"4615\" data-end=\"4685\">\n<p data-start=\"4618\" data-end=\"4685\">The regulations are available in Polish for information purposes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4686\" data-end=\"4778\">\n<p data-start=\"4689\" data-end=\"4778\">In matters not covered by these Regulations, <strong data-start=\"4756\" data-end=\"4775\">the law of Sri Lanka<\/strong> shall apply.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4779\" data-end=\"4930\">\n<p data-start=\"4782\" data-end=\"4930\">Any disputes will be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Service Provider, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4931\" data-end=\"5047\">\n<p data-start=\"4934\" data-end=\"5047\">The Service Provider may make changes to the Terms and Conditions.
