The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), to the extent that it concerns the processing of data of persons staying in the territory of the EU.
II. Scope and purposes of data processing
The Administrator processes personal data provided voluntarily by the User via the contact form available on the Website, in particular:

III. Legal basis for processing

IV. Voluntary provision of data
Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, but necessary for the Administrator to respond to the inquiry.
V. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
Data provided via the contact form are processed by the Controller based in a third country (Sri Lanka), which does not ensure a level of personal data protection equivalent to European Union regulations.
Due to the fact that there is no decision of the European Commission stating the adequate level of protection of personal data for Sri Lanka, the data is transferred on the basis of:

article 49 act 1 a) in GDPR , i.e. the User’s voluntary, express consent to the transfer of data to a third country with full awareness of the risks.
By sending an inquiry via the contact form, the User consents to this.
VI. Data recipients
The Administrator does not transfer personal data to other entities unless:

it is necessary to protect the rights of the Administrator (e.g. legal services),
