REGULATIONS OF THECINNAMONTOURS.PL WEBSITE
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Regulations define the rules of using the website www.thecinnamontours.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), operated by Cinnamon Tours PVT Ltd, with its registered office in Mehiliya Residencies, 60000 Kurunegala, Sri Lanka, entered into the register under the number PV 00208549, TIN: 102908910 (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).

The website is for informational purposes only and serves to present the tourist offer of Cinnamon Tours PVT Ltd. Through the website, the User can send a contact inquiry regarding the offer or the conditions of travel organization.

No tourist contracts or other binding contracts within the meaning of Polish law are concluded via the Website.

Cinnamon Tours PVT Ltd operates solely as a tour operator in Sri Lanka, in accordance with Sri Lankan law. The company does not conduct tourism activities in Poland and is not subject to the provisions of the Polish Tourist Act.

Contracts regarding tourist services are concluded outside the Website, individually with the client, and are subject exclusively to Sri Lankan law.

II. DEFINITIONS

User – a natural or legal person using the Website;

Reservation Agreement – an agreement concluded individually with a customer outside the Website, in accordance with Sri Lankan law.
III. TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

The website allows you to familiarize yourself with the Service Provider’s tourist offer and contact us via the form.

The Website may only be used in accordance with the Regulations, the law and good manners.

It is prohibited to provide content that is illegal, advertising, or infringes the rights of third parties.
IV. YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The User is obliged to use the Website in a way that does not infringe the rights of the Service Provider and third parties.

The user may send an inquiry using the form, but sending the form does not constitute the conclusion of a contract.

In the event of concluding a contract (e.g. via e-mail), this contract is concluded exclusively with a foreign company and is not subject to the provisions of Polish consumer law, and in particular it is not subject to the Act on Tourist Packages or the Act on Consumer Rights.

VI. COMPLAINTS

VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service Provider is not responsible for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of information available on the Website.

The Service Provider does not guarantee the availability or compliance of the Website with Users’ expectations.

The website does not constitute a platform for concluding tourist contracts within the meaning of Polish law, but merely a contact tool.

Users’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable Sri Lankan law and the Privacy Policy.
IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

The regulations are available in Polish for information purposes.

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the law of Sri Lanka shall apply.

Any disputes will be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Service Provider, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.

The Service Provider may make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Notice of such changes will be posted on the Website.
